  • customer relationship or sales-related interactions

  • customer relationship–related information

Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to contact requests
  • processing job applications
  • managing customer relationships

  • the legitimate interest of the data controller (customer and contact relationship management)
  • a contract or pre-contractual activities (e.g. job applications, requests for quotations)

Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing:

  • contact-related data for a reasonable period to handle the inquiry
  • job application data for a maximum of three (3) months, unless longer retention is required
  • customer relationship data for the duration of the customer relationship and, where necessary, thereafter to comply with statutory obligations

Processing and location of personal data

Personal data is processed confidentially and stored in secure information systems primarily located within the EU/EEA.

If personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection legislation are applied.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • access their personal data
  • receive the personal data they have provided in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another data controller
  • request rectification or erasure of personal data
  • restrict or object to the processing of personal data
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman)
